The existing 3 bedroom Colonial house was lifted onto steel caissons out of the floodplain. The existing 3rd story was converted into livable space and a 2nd story was added over the bump out. With views of either Cape Cod Bay or the beautiful marsh from every room, this completely renovated 5 bedroom, 3,000 sqft home is the perfect summer retreat on Sunken Meadow Beach.

This 4600 sq ft waterfront home had been sitting dormant for years prior to the new Owners, who initially purchased as a second home. Rather than tear it down, it underwent a complete renovation with additions, raising roof lines while retaining original bow roof, and adding dormers.  This spectacular home soon became their love and full time residence.

The original 1,300 sq ft house was built in 1974, and under went substantial renovations and an addition to enhance the existing Gambrel design. Now a 2,500 sq ft home which boasts open concept living, with a custom kitchen with inviting areas surrounding for entertaining. The new 2nd floor master suite with cathedral ceilings provides the Owners with a peaceful retreat.

Location: Main Street, Harwich Center MA

This two bedroom ranch style house was built in 1948 with very confining spaces. It was completely remodeled with several additions, creating an open living environment with three bedrooms including a master suite and an amazing four season sunroom. Inviting wraparound mahogany decks down to patio with sitting walls and rolling lawn, extend living outdoors.

What started as a family summer cottage was passed down a generation, and remodeled to create a full time home. By incorporating additions, dormers and second floor outside living overlooking Ridgevale Beach, this home has a modern feel while maintaining the charm of a bygone era.  Family traditions will continue here for generations to come.

The original 3 bedroom 2 bath 2,000 sqft Cape was completely renovated with 2 additions, and multiple dormers. A finished walkout basement leads to a beautiful patio and future pool. The living space has doubled to 4,000 sqft: 4 bedrooms,  5 bathrooms, a beautiful 4 season sunroom, custom kitchen and more. With so much natural light and flow,  this home is not only gorgeous in all its details it generates a  peaceful, calm feeling. Check back soon for more photos.

Location: Aunt Deborah's Cottage, South Chatham, MA

This is an original summer cottage from old South Chatham cottage community. The cottage had fallen into disrepair, but with the vision of the new Owner, a complete renovation breathed new life back into it rather than tearing it down. Now a four season retreat, the Owner enjoys the comfort of all the modern amenities.

With a limited space outside, the intent was to maximize outside living to its fullest,  This was accomplished with the addition of a 3 level brownstone patio and walls, a gas firepit, outside kitchen and eating area.  By extending the living outdoors with enough room to relax comfortably within the privacy of the new landscaping, peace and tranquility was achieved.
